3. License and Usage Rights
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use. You may not sell, redistribute, or publicly publish the content. All intellectual property remains the property of XMEDIA247 and Thalos Capital Corporation.
4. Refund Policy (7-Day Conditional)
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the Bonus PDF. If you believe the content does not match the value described, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase by emailing hello@xmedia247.com with your order details and feedback.
Refunds may be denied if:
More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
All materials have been downloaded
No reason or incomplete information is provided
Evidence of abuse or policy violations exists
5. Chargeback and Dispute Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested. By purchasing, you waive your right to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse refund systems or engage in fraudulent activity.
